Returns, Refunds & Lifetime Warranty

Jewellery can be a big commitment — and we understand that! At Georgina Yvonne, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, with a few exceptions due to the nature of made-to-order and bespoke designs.

 

Return Policy Summary

We accept returns on:

Ready-to-ship pieces

Made-to-order pieces under £5000

We do not accept returns on:

Made-to-order pieces over £5000

Bespoke or customised pieces

Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned outside of our 30-day window

Items returned without prior authorisation

 

30-Day Return Procedure

Your 30-day return period starts from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

Contact us first at georgina@georginayvonne.com to request a return and receive the return address and instructions.

The piece must be: unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You must provide us with a valid tracking number once the return has been sent.

Upon receipt, we will carry out an inspection to confirm the item is in perfect condition and unworn. 

If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days depending on your provider. We will notify you once the refund is processed on our side.

Returns that are worn, altered, damaged, or returned without prior contact will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Bespoke & High-Value Made-to-Order Pieces

Any bespoke designs (including altered versions of existing designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any made-to-order item over £5000 is also non-returnable due to its high value and custom nature.

We may offer an exchange if there's another piece you would like instead — please get in touch to discuss.

Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

If a customer initiates a chargeback before contacting us or returning the item, this is considered a breach of our terms. We reserve the right to decline any refund in such cases and will always defend against unfounded disputes with our payment providers.

We encourage open, respectful communication — we are here to help resolve any concerns fairly and professionally.

Lifetime Warranty

All Georgina Yvonne jewellery comes with a lifetime warranty, covering:

Manufacturer faults (extremely rare, but covered following inspection at our workshop)

One complimentary ring resize (1–2 UK sizes up or down, provided the band allows resizing)

General upkeep – including a complimentary clean and polish at any time

Personal aftercare and support – email us any time with questions or concerns

Please note: multiple resizings or resizes beyond 1–2 sizes are not covered due to structural risk. Some rings (e.g. with full band designs or twists) may not be resizable — please confirm with us before purchase.
