THE DESIGN APPOINTMENT

Step One

Bespoke design begins with an initial consultation (either over the phone, email, or on a video call) about what kind of design you would like. This is a great opportunity to share any inspiration images or mood boards with the team. 
​We will then begin drawing up initial sketches, paintings and digital images to help you finalise your design. We love sharing artwork with you, and believe it is an integral part of the bespoke process - with your bespoke order, we will include prints of all final artwork that went into making your design.
Throughout the entire process, we are available anytime to answer any questions you might have.

Gemstone Sourcing and CAD Creation

Step Two

At this stage, we will source your desired gemstone for you, based on your specified carat size/stone size and stone type. Once you have finalised your gemstone, we will be able to provide a finalised quote for your customised piece. 
Once you are happy with your final quote, design and gemstone, a deposit (25% of your quote) will be required to go ahead with CAD designs and casting. CAD designs are amazing because you will be able to view your design from every angle. This also gives you the opportunity to make last minute tweaks to your design if necessary.
Once we go ahead with CAD designs, the timeframe for your bespoke piece will be 4-6 weeks.

Delivery Day

Step Three

When you receive your order, your bespoke piece will arrive with prints of your artwork and CAD designs, and any certification if necessary (for example, lab grown diamond designs will come with an IGI diamond certificate, and natural diamond with a GIA diamond certificate).​
