Yes, silver can tarnish so it's important to use the free polishing cloth included in your order to regularly polish the piece to avoid tarnishing. Pieces which are badly tarnished and require a professional clean can be sent back to me. Please contact georginayvonne@outlook.com if you require this service.

  • Where can I leave a review of your shop?

Reviews are always welcome, and one can be left as a Facebook review on my page or via Google business review.

  • When will my order be delivered?

All pieces are made to order so please give 2-3 weeks for delivery of art jewellery, 1 week delivery for ready to ship engagement rings, and 6 weeks production/delivery for made to order designs. Delivery for bespoke designs will also be 6 weeks for production/delivery once we confirm the design going ahead.

  • Do you take a deposit for bespoke orders?

Yes, I take a 20% non refundable deposit for bespoke orders. The 20% deposit will only be due once we begin the CAD process. The initial design, sketches and render creation is free of charge and as many sketches/renders can be created beforehand. We will only go ahead with CAD designs and the 20% deposit once you are happy with your initial design.

  • What is the difference between art jewellery and engagement rings in terms of production?

Art jewellery is created completely by hand, through the art of lost wax casting. Wax carving gives the jewellery a unique, sculptural feel, and is perfect for those looking for something a little bit different. Engagement rings on the other hand are created using CAD software, before being hand finished at the bench. CAD gives the rings a much smoother look, and I can work to specific dimensions such as stone size, band width and ring size, a lot easier. This makes CAD an excellent choice for engagement rings, and particularly made to order engagement rings, where we must match to a specific ring size or centre stone measurement.
