Can I request a customer order?
Yes, customer orders (bespokes) are always available by request. Please contact email@example.com if you would like to request a bespoke piece.
What payment methods do you accept?
Georgina Yvonne currently uses PayPal for all transactions as a security measure for both customer and business.
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards are something I am working on and will be available in 2021.
Should I regulalrly clean my jewellery?
Yes, silver can tarnish so it's important to use the free polishing cloth included in your order to regularly polish the piece to avoid tarnishing. Pieces which are badly tarnished and require a professional clean can be sent back to me. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you require this service.
Where can I leave a review of your shop?
Reviews are always welcome, and one can be left as a Facebook review on my page.
When will my order be delivered?
All pieces are made to order so please give 2-3 weeks for delivery, and 4-6 for pre-orders.
